Aquí
Estoy aquí
I am here
in the space
between a word
and its translation.
Between concept
and comprehension
where I accept
realities resisted before
and see the same meaning
in two strings of letters,
no longer separate
but melded into one
like the tilde over the ñ.
Mañana
Tomorrow
todo
everything
podría cambiar
could change.
The only truth
within a word
and its translation.
Estoy aquí
I am here
hoy
today.
